मध्य प्रदेश साहित्य अकादमी के वर्ष 2017 पुरस्कार(Madhya Pradesh Sahitya Academy's Year 2017 Award)

  • राज्य की साहित्य अकादमी, संस्कृति परिषद्, भोपाल की पुरस्कार योजना में विभिन्न विधाओं में प्रकाशित श्रेष्ठ कृतियों के लिए अखिल भारतीय पुरस्कार एक लाख रुपये एवं प्रादेशिक पुरस्कार रुपये 51 हजार रुपये देती है। 
  • साथ ही प्रदेश के रचनाकारों को श्रेष्ठ पाण्डुलिपियों को रुपये 20 हजार रुपये अनुदान देती है। 

  • साहित्य अकादमी के वर्ष 2017 के लिए 5 अखिल भारतीय तथा 9 प्रादेशिक पुरस्कार एवं 40 पाण्डुलिपि सहायता अनुदान देने की की है ।

  1. पं. भवानी प्रसाद मिश्र (कविता) श्री इंदुशेखर तत्पुरुष (जयपुर) को ‘पीठ पर आँख’ कृति के लिए घोषित हुए हैं।

अनुच्छेद 14: विधि के समक्ष समता का अधिकार।
अनुच्छेद 15: धर्म, नस्ल, जाति, लिंग या जन्म-स्थान के आधार पर भेदभाव का निषेध।
अनुच्छेद 16: लोक नियोजन के विषय में अवसर की समता।
अनुच्छेद 17: अस्पृश्यता का अंत।
अनुच्छेद 18: उपाधियों का अंत।

अनुच्छेद 19: इसके अंतर्गत ये अधिकार सम्मिलित है :
  1. बोलने की स्वतंत्रता,
  2. शांतिपूर्वक बिना हथियार के एकत्रित होने और सभा करने की स्वतंत्रता,
  3. संघ बनाने की स्वतंत्रता,
  4. देश के किसी भी क्षेत्र में आवागमन की स्वतंत्रता,
  5. देश के किसी भी क्षेत्र में निवास करने और बसने की स्वतंत्रता,
  6. अपनी पसंद की वृत्ति, व्यवसाय की स्वतंत्रता।
अनुच्छेद 20: अपराधों के लिए दोष-सिद्धि के सम्बन्ध में संरक्षण।
अनुच्छेद 21: प्राण एवं दैहिक स्वतंत्रता का संरक्षण।
अनुच्छेद 21(क): राज्य 6 से 14 वर्ष की आयु के समस्त बच्चों को इस ढंग से जैसा की राज्य, विधि द्वारा अवधारित करें, निःशुल्क तथा अनिवार्य शिक्षा उपलब्ध करेगा। (86वां संशोधन-2002 के द्वारा।)
अनुच्छेद 22: कुछ दशाओं में गिरफ़्तारी और निरोध में संरक्षण।
3. शोषण के विरुद्ध (अनुच्छेद 23-24)
अनुच्छेद 23: मानव के दुर्व्यापार एवं बलात् श्रम का प्रतिरोध।
अनुच्छेद 24: बालकों के नियोजन का प्रतिरोध।
4. धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार (अनुच्छेद 25-28)
अनुच्छेद 25: अन्तःकरण की और धर्म के अबाध रूप से मानने, आचरण और प्रचार करने की स्वतंत्रता।
अनुच्छेद 26: धार्मिक कार्यों के प्रबंध की स्वतंत्रता।
अनुच्छेद 27: राज्य किसी भी ऐसे व्यक्ति को ऐसे कर देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं कर सकता है, जिसकी आय किसी विशेष धर्म अथवा धार्मिक सम्प्रदाय की उन्नति या पोषण में व्यय करने के लिए विशेष रूप से निश्चित कर दी गई है।
अनुच्छेद 28: राज्य-विधि से पूर्णतः पोषित किसी शिक्षा संस्था में कोई धार्मिक शिक्षा नहीं दी जाएगी।
5. संस्कृति एवं शिक्षा संबंधी अधिकार (अनुच्छेद 29-30)
अनुच्छेद 29: अल्पसंख्यक वर्गों के हितों का संरक्षण।
अनुच्छेद 30: शिक्षा संस्थाओं की स्थापना और प्रशासन करने का अल्पसंख्यक वर्गों को अधिकार
6. संवैधानिक उपचारों का अधिकार 
अनुच्छेद 32: इसके अंतर्गत मौलिक अधिकारों को प्रवर्तित कराने के लिए समुचित कार्रवाइयों द्वारा उच्चतम न्यायालय में आवेदन करने का अधिकार प्रदान किया गया है। इस सन्दर्भ में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय को पाँच तरह के रिट (writ) निकालने की शक्ति प्रदान की गयी है। ये रिट निम्नलिखित हैं-
  • बन्दी प्रत्यक्षीकरण: जब किसी व्यक्ति को अवैध रूप से बन्दी बनाया जाता है, तो सर्वोच्च न्यायालय उस बन्दी बनाने वाले अधिकारी को आदेश देता है कि वह बन्दी बनाये गए व्यक्ति को 24 घण्टे के भीतर न्यायलय में पेश करे। यह अपराधिक जुर्म के मामलों में जारी नहीं किया जा सकता।
  • परमादेश: यह उस समय जारी किया जाता है, जब कोई पदाधिकारी अपने सार्वजानिक कर्त्तव्य का निर्वाह नहीं करता है।
  • प्रतिषेध: यह निचली अदालत को ऐसा कार्य करने से रोकता है, जो उसके अधिकार क्षेत्र से बाहर है।
  • अधिकार-पृच्छा: यह एक व्यक्ति को एक जन कार्यालय में काम करने से मना करता है, जिसका उसे अधिकार नहीं है।
  • उत्प्रेषण: यह तभी जारी किया जाता है जब एक अदालत या न्यायलय अपने न्याय क्षेत्र से बाहर कार्य करता है। यह ‘निषेध’ से अलग है और यह कार्य सम्पादित होने के बाद ही जारी किया जाता है।
